How Do You Take CBD Oil?
If you're new to CBD oil, the biggest question you'll have is "how do I take it" and "how much?" Taking CBD oil couldn't be easier. All you need to do is take the dropper that comes with your bottle and add a couple of drops under your tongue. You'll probably have read online that this is called ‘sublingual’, but don’t worry about the name. Once you've popped the drops under your tongue, hold it there for about 30 to 60 seconds, then swallow.
Why do you place them under your tongue? By placing the CBD oil under your tongue, it gets into your system quicker that way.
When it comes to how much you should take, it's all down to the individual person. We recommend starting with a small amount and seeing how you feel, and then adjusting the dosage if needed. Because everyone is different some people feel the effects quickly, others might take a few days to notice a change.

If you're in the UK and your order is over £50, you'll get free next working day delivery as long as you order before 2.30pm (Monday to Thursday).
If your order is under £25, no problem; next day delivery is just £4.95 (orders must be placed before 2.30pm during the week.)
If you live in Europe, delivery is just £9.95 and we aim to deliver your order within 3 to 7 working days.
Any orders placed after 2.30pm will be sent out the next working day.
